For this experiment, he used nine different smartphones, such as the BlackBerry Pearl, Motorola Q, and Treo 700p and 700w, for nine days each. Mr. Khawand blogged (http://81dayexperiment.typepad.com) his daily observations and experiences to give readers an in-depth look at what it is like to use and incorporate these devices into their busy professional and personal lives. He is currently publishing his findings in a series of articles on Web Worker Daily, a blog for the virtual workforce. Pierre's first article in Web Worker Daily summarizes the 81-day-experiment and gives an overview of the upcoming articles.

Now that the experiment is over, readers can offer their own insights and experiences on using handheld devices by submitting case studies to 'The 81-Day Experiment' blog. People-OnTheGo is offering a complimentary live online workshop or self-paced class to entrants whose case studies are selected to be published.
