This session is available as a 90-minute, online webinar or on-site session at your organization.
Who should attend
This workshop is designed to help hiring managers and supervisors enhance their interviewing skills and techniques. It is also suitable for an intact team to coordinate interview techniques and questions. The employee selection and hiring process is key to running a business. Hiring the right candidates results in higher performance and job satisfaction, building “bench strength” on the manager’s team, less turnover, and contributes to the reputation of the organization as a good employer. In this workshop, participants learn to use a systematic interviewing process so that the right candidates get hired.
In this webinar, you will not only learn and receive the content in the slides and the instructor's explanations and comments, you'll also get a 50-page manual as a bonus. The manual contains more in-depth content, including exercises, details of the interviewing process and advanced interviewing techniques, as well as 20 pages of sample interview questions covering a wide range of jobs.
