About the presenter
Carolyn Feuille, M.A., M.S., is a leadership coach and training consultant, specializing in leadership, team development and career transitions. Carolyn is President of Esprit Global Learning, a consulting company dedicated to developing global leaders and preparing executives and their families for successful international assignments.
Due to her consulting experience in a variety of organizations over the past 12 years, she has a solid understanding of fast-paced, results-driven corporate environments and challenges. She has conducted programs for managers at such firms as Johnson & Johnson, Hewlett-Packard, Solectron, LSI Logic, JDS Uniphase, Cadence Design Systems, Genentech, LifeScan, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She helps her clients turn knowledge and awareness into practical, effective action.
Carolyn is a graduate of Corp. Coach University International and holds an M.S. in HR Management & OD from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. She has lived in Colombia, France and the United States, and worked in Europe and Japan.
She is co-author of the Polaris Global Competency Model and 360° Assessment Survey, and certifies coaches to use this assessment with their clients.
