Company Background

The People-OnTheGo concept was envisioned in early 2000, initially as the result of informal discussions with colleagues on the topic of productivity in the new "digital" age. Several insights were gained and the magnitude of the challenges surrounding e-mail and its impact on corporate productivity were recognized. This process was transformed into a comprehensive and structured research that included surveys, interviews, and focus groups with individuals and teams from leading Silicon Valley organizations. Today the People-OnTheGo network of associates provides a broad range of training, coaching, consulting, and technical services and continues to pioneer the work in e-mail efficiency and effectiveness, as well as the concept of total organization.
