Date: Thursday, April 8th & Time: 12:00pm to 12:45pm |
What a better way to get more insights about Baby Boomers’ work style and preferences, and how to best work with them, than to talk to Peggy Wolf, who in addition to being a Baby Boomer herself, is also Senior Manager of Communications for the Services Division of Cisco Systems, and has been focusing for the past 3 years on Cisco’s inclusion and diversity initiatives, and led the creation of a Multicultural, Multigenerational Toolkit for Cisco worldwide. Peggy will provide her insights and share her experiences relating to the generations in the workplace, focusing on Baby Boomers, but also touching on the topic of how generations can work together more effectively.
PS1: If you haven’t taken the Social Media Inbox survey yet, which also addresses the issue of how different generations use e-mail and Social Media, please do so at: http://www.tinyurl.com/newnewinbox
PS2: If you haven’t seen the Gen Y and Gen X lunch & learn webinars last year, you can view the recordings on Facebook at the "Accomplishing more with less" group. Hope you will be able to join us! |
