Three years ago Club One entered the virtual world environment to change how they do business. After identifying stakeholder requirements across all functional areas within the organization they designed a virtual world environment that serves their marketing and sales department, is positioned to cut training cuts significantly, and has allowed them to open a whole new business channel for their organization.
