About the presenter: Marika Blossfeldt was born in Estonia, grew up in Germany and currently divides her time between Beacon (NY) and Estonia. She was a featured soloist in the New York dance scene during the 80's and 90's. Today, she is a renowned kundalini yoga teacher, holistic health coach and writer. During the summer she conducts yoga, cooking and wellness retreats at her farm in Estonia. Her book Essential Nourishment, Recipes from My Estonian Farm just won the Gourmand World Cookbook Award in Paris.
