Love Yourself for Everyone's Sake — Mindfulness in Action!
Monday, June 3, 2019 from 12:10-12:40 PM PT
One of the main themes in our Mindfulness @Work 21-Day Challenge is “being kind to yourself” -- this theme is embedded throughout the challenge and in our core mindfulness meditation practice. In this session, Mark Abramson, DDS, Adjunct Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine, and Director of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Clinic, shares his valuable life lessons about this exact theme and the powerful impact that kindness to ourselves has on our life and the lives of those around us. Dr. Abramson's insights are based on his upcoming book Love Yourself For Everyone’s Sake based on his years of experience in the field of mindfulness.
This webinar is a part of our Mindfulness @Work 21-Day Challenge, helping our participants leverage the Hello Mindful App to work more mindfully throughout their workday as well as adding mindfulness practices to achieve a calmer and more fulfilling workday.
