This webinar is also part of our Mindfulness @Work 21-Day Challenge, helping our participants leverage the Hello Mindful App to work more mindfully throughout their workday as well as adding mindfulness practices to achieve a calmer and more fulfilling workday.
About the presenter:
Jenée Johnson initiated and now leads the integration of mindfulness into the Trauma Informed Systems of Care Initiative. SFDPH is striving to understand the impact of trauma and stress on its workforce and communities and take well informed steps to become a healing organization. Mindfulness is being employed to help the organization manage change, stay resilient, inspire growth, and become a compassionate culture in this important process. Jenée’s experience includes:
